The organisation of St James Fair and other local events for Kelso has been taken over by a group of interested parties from within the community who wish to see Kelso prosper. St James Fair 2008

The dates for St James Fair 2008 are Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th September. The two exhibitions in the Town Hall this year will be: Work in Print - Kelso's Contribution and an exhibition of the paintings of the late James Henderson. Flea Markets in Kelso Square

To raise funds for St James Fair and other Community Events, there will be a Flea Market in Kelso Square on the FIRST and LAST WEDNESDAYS OF EACH MONTH This will last from 12noon till 4pm, with Stalls at £8 each. St James Fair 2007 was held on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd September. The Saturday was also the start of The Borders Walking Festival, which was centred on Kelso, so there were plenty of visitors with all sorts of differing interests.
