This family run Guest House at the heart of Kelso is a home from home. The perfect base for touring the Borders, walking, fishing and golfing holidays or for a well-earned relaxing weekend break - our aim is to make your overnights more relaxing, more comfortable and even more of a pleasure.
The entire house has recently been carefully refurbished from top to bottom. We've retained it's handsome Victorian character but added a lot of new features to help make your stay even more enjoyable.
We're a non-smoking Guest House throughout. All bedrooms are welcoming, cosy and beautifully decorated in traditional Borders style. Every room is en suite, has colour TV plus tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms to the front look across to Kelso's famous Abbey, others take in views of the old town square.
Our accommodation comprises a bright new family suite, one double, two twin and one double with twin room.
Disabled Access: Two of our rooms have been specially redesigned (Category 2) to provide ground floor access for our disabled and wheelchair guests. As an added benefit, we're pleased to offer you breakfast in your room.
Our Guest Breakfast Room offers you a home-cooked Scottish breakfast, cereals, toast, fruit juices, tea/coffee between 8.00am and 9.30am.
