comments: All my life, 50 years, I was told I was the last of the original bloodline from the town of Kelso in Scotland. My father and I weren't close.
The only two things about my history that I know to be true would be that my great grandfather, John Raymond Kelso, was a Colonel in the Civil War; I
believe for the north, he apparently had a plantation in the south that was burned down due to fighting for the north.
My grandfather John David Kelso was a driver of the twenty-mule team with Borax, and the Kelso Railroad Depot in Eastern Mojave, California was named after him.
My father passed away years ago in Ventura, California.
I live in Ojai, California, and have two daughters that I raised as a single father.
I would love to fly out the Kelso Scotland one day just to see it.
