The organisation of St James Fair and other local events for Kelso has been taken over by a group of interested parties from within the community who wish to see Kelso prosper. The group will be set up as a not-for-profit trust, which will be able to apply for financial assistance from various bodies set up to provide support for community events and projects. ... [more]
