4 Border Abbeys U3A - Arts and Crafts Group

Arts and Crafts

The aims of the group are to explore a wide range of new and traditional Arts and Crafts through sharing existing skills and learning new ones together in a relaxed, non-competitive atmosphere.
We hope thus, to enrich our leisure time and produce useful, beautiful or ‘fun’ items.
Meetings are held on 1st Wednesday in each month in the Abbey Row Centre. There are no meetings in July and August.
Attendance varies from 5 – 15 members. New members welcome.

Programme
Sept. 3rd – Beading – making beads with polymer clay
(eg Fimo ) or repairing/making jewellery with any beads you may have.
Oct. 1st – Iris paper folding
Nov & Dec – Decorating pottery with a Christmas theme
