Kelso Embroiderers Guild
We are the Kelso Branch of the Embroiderers Guild of Great Britain.
Officially formed in 2000, meeting at the Abbey Row Centre, Kelso every 4th Tuesday every month between the hours of 7-9pm.
The meetings provide a forum for speakers to teach new techniques, or brush up on some old varieties of embroidery. Workshops are also held on subjects such as Hardanger and Bead Embroidery.
Competitions held by the Embroiderers Guild help promote the local community and produce beautiful pieces of work for show.
