New Short Story Collection by Margaret Skea

Margaret Skea was born in Ulster, but now lives in Kelso, dividing her time between writing, respite and emergency fostering and various church activities.

Dust Blowing and Other Stories
12 short stories - is coming out on the 22nd October and will be launched at Berwick Literary Festival. (Saturday 12.00 noon 22nd Oct)

Margaret's reputation for careful and accurate research and for her flowing, readable, prose, has resulted in the following awards:

Hawthornden International Writer's Fellowship 2016.

Her first novel – “Turn of the Tide:” was Winner of the Beryl Bainbridge Best First Time Author Award

The Sequel – “A House Divided” was Long-listed for the Historical Novel Society New Novel Award 2015
